This page is dedicated to the 2009 Whitsuntide Festival, which will took place on Saturday 30th May.

The 2009 Festival took place on another gloriously sunny and hot day.

The sun shone all day as local history was made, with Rebecca being crowned as the forth in line of her family to hold the position of Queen.

Older sister Hayley, Mum and Grandma were all there to support Rebecca on her big day.

This year, photographs of the big day are available to purchase online from our professional Photographer's partner site. You can view and buy pictures of the big day here.

(Please note that this partner site, Photobox, is external to whitfestival.co.uk. This arrangement has been chosen to allow photographs to be purchased and supplied directly to your door by Photobox, our Photographer's chosen print lab, saving on delivery and administration costs.)

Also as a first this year, VivaTV visited our Festival and have their video of the big day to watch online:-

(All credits for this independent production are due to VivaTV.)
